--> normal mode (default) , read phone ok, when unlock phone restart .

May be this A737 have little changes if compared with actually supported A707 and A727, should be interesting if you can find one of them for us, also try to link screen shots of Software window, better than copy-paste log.

and fixed it with easy-unlocker, ...very nice tool, no more freeze.

Something may be wrong with your communication between pc and phone look at the Screen shown by mrfixit, it´s same version than yours, and he readed sucessfully.

that is right,but most important there is no exit rf45 and usb to use with combo mode.I tried already by select com 1 and used OEM usb cable comes with fone,but got same problem like him

you should to use a FTDI box. COM1 it´s a normal comport and with this don´t work.
Try to connect with a FTDI box.

thanks for your advice,but i really don't get you.One port i connect EUB and other one port do you mean connect FTID connect OEM A737 USB cable to fone?

use the split cable, one end goes to phone the other 2 ends to easyunlocker box rj45 and usb, box connect to usb port at pc and com1 port to pc.

i know how to combo cable work,but the problem is that there is no exit a737 combo cable (rf45+usb) yet,coz the connector is bigger than d807.I just got OEM usb cable only.Is there a place that can order combo cable rf45+usb for A737?

samsung a707 and a737 shows mtp media player when you connect in normal mode;[when the phone is powered on] but when u use the combination of #*and power[that is in test mode]the software sees it as samsung.pls what should i do. because it only sees it in test mode can not unlock.
