It can't be read from the card... at least not without the management access keys or something like that...

Forget about it...

Possible with some UV device...
that is about 100000$ so.. keep on saving your money :)

but you can clone your sim and give it (the cloned one) new puk/pin... then trow the old one away..

i think that in order to clone you need to get imsi and ki and you wont be able to do it since the card is blocked for puk code .

Indeed you need IMsi and KI to clone..(use dejan)
And I never tryed cloning a sim when with barred puk..
so I could be that NNN is right but anyway I would try If I where you.. use twinsim to make hex file for new card (if you have valid imsi and ki of course) and in that program you can fill in new pin and puk.

I don't think so...
With cloned card you can have both phones working at same time (both phone have network) BUT YOU can NOT call at the same time. (One phone will be disconnected from the network)
And for sms one phone (which one you can't tel.. I have no idea what reason there is the one phone does get the sms and the other not) will receive the sms.

can the operator notice not legal use and close both account ? i know that technically he can but is it likely ? can somebody provide facts that it had happened to him ?

I've only done that accidently...

but if you do it often you're likely to get your account canceled and if cloning is illegal (or goes against your contract, which probably you haven't read) then you'll get into some trouble.

Some operators supply the dual-SIM per account service so they might get "offended"...

others may even like it... specially if you give a clone to your girlfriend and both make calls, eheheh

The IMSI is protected by PIN1 and without it, it is not possible to read it, unless it is desactivated.

Any access to this file, without to have passed this verification, is denied.
