E390 charging problem!

I have E390...when i connect it to charger the led diode on cherger turns off and phone does not charge...ive checked the pcb there is no water or mehanicall damage...

i have same problem .i change charge block but still same.fone is working fine just no charge,any picture would be most helpful.
