whats solution with this problem
get licence file in picture
Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!
ERROR - Server refused your connection!
Disconnected from server

The problem is in the internet connection.
Try deactivate firewall or any program that block internet.

but when i try to update box then this message its mean that no firewall that block internet connection

not antivirus or internet probs ...
i told is a prob from service or server suport nothing more
now you can get the licenses ,and see il all ok !
