thanks for grat help.but when i press sos it prompt service not avaleble even dont show *#06# and key pad sound ok.and software geting ererr.i using its orignal usb cable.and install driver properly.and tryed also with 2+5+power.stell software dont flashing.every time giting ererr.and the phone is brand new.confused

Please sir wat was the version of your phone before you flash..
use high file to flash again (u900 v11) to flash..
