problem unlocking a K610i CID49 RED! help!!

I downloaded the compatible files:
K610_R1GB001_MAIN_GENERIC_TH_RED49.mbn
K610_R1GB001_FS_TELEFONICA_RED49.fbn

now the unlocking steps mixed up for me,some one tell me the steps exactly?

Base on the readed phone info,you should first put the main file
R1EF001 prgCXC1250589_TELEFONICA_TH CID 49 before starting to click unlock.

1. select usb. (dcu-60)
2. select flash.
3. add the files you downloaded(both mbn and fbn)
4. check customised.
5. click do job and follow instruction on screen
6. when done disconnect phone
7. select unlock
8. add file you downloaded (mbn only)
9. click do job and follow instruction on screen.
10. when done disconnect phone...
