Tried to TP unlock BENQ M315 (Locked to Virgin Mobile Australia), but failed. Can anyone help me?

Is there any way to solve the problem? Ur suggestion seems unrealistic to me.
Or should I say FG is not able to unlock Benq M315 with new firmware?

IS not new firmware but is new hw. When soft was made long time ago there were only old hws. Currently Benq is dead. Havent seen any new/old model for over 6months so theres no way update could be made.
