the main problem is that i read i need to put the same flash file as the phone shows,same version and same cid

no problem for the cid cause in the support i find firmware for cid49 but the same version of firmware...?

K610_R1GB001_MAIN_GENERIC_TH_RED49.mbn ..... for example!

Simply flash phone with other flash from support.

only that one or also the ts file too?

P.S:do i need credits to unlock it?

i should have 50 credits cause i never used them and they are free for any user who owns a furious box gold,right?

Yes you are right. About logs you have 40 of them and in order to be able to use your module must be activated. To check this simple go COUNTERS/STATUS INFO and check if COUNTER 0 have value greater then 0. Also remember this is valid for users having boxes less then 1 year.

That means that you didnt read instructions like 70% of the users. Your module isnt activated.
