Phone unfreeze password needed for Samsung E250V

I have been trying to put my Vodafone simcard into my Pay as you go Vodafone Samsung E250v handset and am having problems with a message "phone freezed" enter password.

Can you let me know asap plz?

unlock using ns pro an will be fine
