You can trust this SW. 100% tested and working. I had an BF3 wich I try to unlock and use another SW ... and it was destroyed. Not starting anymore. With this new SW I repair it.

Today I back-uped Alcatel 511 10D using your soft.
By using a soft from Henrich SGU - Alcatel BF3/BF4 unlocker 0.88 I injected a language pack with slovak language to readed flash.
I tried to flash it back to phone. The flashing stopped at address 0xE200. I hit "retry" button several times and it didn't continue, so I hit "Abort".
I tried it once more. The same thing happened - it stopped at 0xE200.
Now the phone is dead and I can't connect to the phone.
Software from Bekos brothers was the only one that was working with my cable. Maybe I have to check my cable now. What cable schemes do you use for alcatel bfx?
Can anybody help me repair my dead Alcatel 511?

check pin 1 and 2 of comport ,use 3,6v externall power for cable ,with 5v you may have trouble with flash writting

I think that MAX232 must use 5V for proper work. Do you think that it should work with 3,6 V? But anyway, I'll try that and let you know.
A while ago I tried this pinout: 1, 2, 3 - GND, 4 - Rx, 5 - Tx.
It also stopped at 0xE200. Tomorrow I'll try another soft or 3,6 V to MAX232.

the problem its not the cable, it already hapened to me.You must charge the batery in a good working phone, and then use it in your dead phone to flash it, try this out and then say something . :)

I've already repaired it. I removed battery during the night and in the morning I was able to connect to the phone. I used Alcatel BF Unlocker v.1.08 to write a full flash.
