Alc HD1 with strange problem ..

I have One Touch Club HD1 v203 with "bep bep charging battery imposible". I can conect it to the retrofit but what to do next ?

I found the AlcatelOTMv.203HD1eepromflash12files.zip and I alredy put into the phone this files ... but I have still the same problem.
I found another problem, when I connect phone after I uploaded this files to retrofit I got the message "Conversion parameter error RegClock"


Could anyone help me ?
