Unlocking V3 for free

Is it possiblr to unlock Moto V3 for free...

I have got RSD Lite and i heard somefin abt PDSTOOL but I don't know what to do...

Can any1 please suggest me the procedure needed to unlock Moto V3

Try mstool_8r or usb-smart crk. Both work fine. But I recommended mstool. Good luck.
