strange problem in v3 display

i have a v3 that when i turn it on, the display function is inverted. when the flip is open, the external display shows what should display when it's closed, and when I close the flip, the external display shows the image of motorola... wtf??

i checked the board whith other flex and display, and made the same.. I fullreflashed the board, and it keeps the same.

any idea?
