moto k1 problem

just changer the housing on one of these. now i acnt get it to power on?
if i plug in the charger then it al lights up, then when i power on ter fone it comes up with unable to charge the fone?
both screens work when i get the unable to charge message, but as soon i as i remove the charger the fone imediatley turns off again?
battery is fully charged so not a batt problem.

any ideas guys?

Had same problem twice.

First time changing the battery and using original charger solved the problem.

Second time full flash of Phone was needed and problem was solved.
