I have a V191, that i cant connect to pc, (not even with Motorola Phone Tools) i dont know hwy, i think it my pc, in the evning i'll go to my friend to see if its my pc falt or is this the phone.
but i tried to enter flash mode, by pressing * # power, and the device just turn off, if i try this when the device is off , the device just turn on, no flash zone, no black screen everything is normal?
what shold i do?

the device does not have a sim card on it, i dont have a sim card for it, i try to enter flash mode without a sim card, can this be the problem?
