samsung N620 charging problem

I have Samsung N620.Its battery dost not full charge and battery charging bars contineusly show charging after several hours in charging.Problem is still after replacing the battery.

one n620. its battery dose not full, contineu show charging.

I have changed battery & charger

any body know this soulition................ plz help

pls change the Battery connector it will be work, if not change the IC near Charging connector.
