sim scaning eror ?

i using sim scanner 5.11 when i click on sim scan this eror comes sim card does not answer to reset . and now i using another mathod which is this i remove the mark use new scan engine useful {com 1 or com 8 }. with this mathod sim scaning start bt it takes 3 or four hour per sim copy . if any other software or solution is avail plz share .. sim copying only jazz and u fone . thn********* :)

just empty all com ports and then reinstall usb driver set up.
