Pls C45 say card error without/with simcard. how to resolve ?
maybe this is caused drop in water,you must open phone,remove card holder,clean pinouts of PCB and power on phone without card holder-if problem persist,this is maybe software problem

This it not software problem, it is hardware problem
You must change another CPU. I had more 10 times repaired this problem and 70% sucessfull, no upgrade software, just hardware
