i have taken a new laptop with xp and no other stuf instalt only euzy unlocker
still give the troubles

First of all please add screen shot to your post all will be easier to trace.

Check that you selected correct ports, check you´re using correct cable, and that phone´s connector is ok, this problem is not a software problem but a Bad communication between phone and device is...

You must use combo cable not original cable

make sure your using the latest version of software first

then use a box connected via usb port on your pc (i use nspro box)

then connect rj45 connector from box to phone

phone must be turned on with a simcard from the network the phone is CURRENTLY locked to

open the software and choose DUAL MODE in the options in the bottom right hand corner (this should give you 2 drop down menus in the bottom left of the software for you to choose your ports from)

in top com choice find the samsung cdma port

in the bottom com choice choose your communication box (nspro in my case)

press read phone and your unlock code will be displayed in a few seconds

This phone is on Qualcomm mode. You have 2 choices :

1. Set back to Cdma modem using tihs command
Enter code: *#726872# and select samsung cdma modem


2. Install Qualcomm drivers from support

Note : When you use qualcomm drivers combo cable is not needed, works with original usb cable.
