Made a simcard to access menu in LG U310 ?

I want made a simcard to access menu in LG U310 (3g phone works with 3 italy card),what do I need to made it ? help plz.
I have :
-SIM-MAX simcard writer with (empty card)
-Mastera II for sat and gsm cards programming
-Goldcard and Funcard

there is any solution you must have 3g ( italy) sim card..............
