yes Setool Db2020 Cid52 is absolutely free.. but w200 is not db2020 its db2012

w200 cid51 can be unlocked by patch with setool
w200 cdi52 CAN"T be unlocked with setool as csca server is not working (the same with z310)

w200 cid 52 you can unlock with davinci - diferent clients or universalbox
