N95 how to flash ? plz advice

hi i recived a chines phone (N95) with problem reboot with SIM card.
i read this thread: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=447277

when is power on with it's own usb cable, is set on: 6218usb modem driver(com 42)

and if i power it off the pc doesn't detect the com port even the phone power on on other defrent mode ( i think the all knows this)

the problem is how can i work in this type of phone(flash-read flash-........)
because i did not win in that

and i am using the usb cable witch came with the phone & phone is on

i think i had something wrong or mistake
may be the phone should be off ( but to know the com port it must be power on)
or may be the cable should be deffrent

any body can help in this and tell me how to do it step by step

i even took the connector out and solder direct the pinout, when soft asks press and hold power button the phone power on and soft never ditect any thing, i even try to sold the wires more than one time. not success :confused:

Pinout Are Correct, Use It PLZ.
Maybe You Have Damaged Small Components Neir The Charger Connector, Cheq It First By The Continuity. After That Try To Solder The Wires Directly On The Components. (Picture Attached) (thks to sghgsm3).
P.S: Use Com1, It's Easy To Use It

right way to connect is:

phone Tx to box Rx (pin 3)
phone Rx to box Tx (pin2)

but some users name phone pins by box pin names- here comes mistake for other users.
always, if pinout now work- first thing to try is tx/rx swap
