these phones ordinary has two rx/tx pairs (2 UARTs). If phone can't boot it's for sure problem with pinout.

I find other point .Between 2 sim kard have 5 dot. 1 an 2 left end right rx,tx but resul same.

check with multimeter maybe you found same pinout as before.
probably right pinout is in 20pin connector
