If you know original firmware version: find in support area file with similar firmware version (model name is not important) and use it.
If you don't know original firmware version try to use different files and find good file.

looks like we need to ask some forum member to help.
i can't advice anything from our support area collection.
very rare phone model

the problem was restart with sim i format FFS without reading full flash file and after FFS it dead then i revive it very very difficulty coz its jeck also damaged i write backup_eeprom in it and revive

now problem is that jeck is damaged and no more connectivity with software and i can't format ffs, is there any other solution?

desoldering jack connector and soldering wires directly to PCB could be a solution

also damaged PCB by someone RX, TX pins fully damaged i try it too much but no success, is there any other way?

beside headphone jack is there any other connector or maybe test points?
try to look for tx/rx on them.
i know many phone models which have test points and pins in system connector.
(2 identical pinouts)
