Is expensive IMHO.
I know that Rockey cards are very simple and fast to implement but...
Isn't it better just buy any avaiable cards and make own secure applet?
If you dont need any secure algos like RSA... or procedures like SHA1,MD5 then cheap JCOP1.0 with DES should be enough! But it all depends what you're making.
Or you can also buy few bucks more expensive JCOP2,3, or even 4.1 - they have built in USB controller in ROM so even reader will be very very cheap (usb d-, d+ directly to card, with some resistors/capacitors of course).
