Why do you think that is my problem. I see it's on a server in Portugal and there are few members from Portugal to my website. So, if they like to play Robin Hood and pay for membership and give for free, it's O.K for me... I don't loose anything at all...
It's the problem of the members will they keep the partials for them selves or share it to millions of people. So please don't write such a crap, 'cause it does not touch me at all :)
Partial flashes for 8850 v5.28 and 3310 4.45 are finnished but, since you will get them for free, why should I release them... :D
So we simply wait...

what can i say??? only that this post was very imature. i respect spalato's work and i'm not, repeat, NOT one of his costumers. all the partials available in my flasher shell are available for free download around the net, so please, give the man a break, stop bugging him and respect his hard work. if it wasn't for him, we'd probably don't have 50% of our partials. i think you owe him an apology
to spalato - if i offended you in some way publishing the partial flash in the same day as you did for your costumers, i am sorry. was not my intention to harm your business.

Hi DL. In no way i was thinking of you. I know you're work with flasher shells is great and I respect that.
What bothers me is just the way people talk. Why the hell can't they just leave someone alone. Not just me, but everybody. If it wasn't the software makers, people couldn't buy soft and make something out of their job. If there weren't software crackers, 99% of the "send me, send me" unlock population couln't unlock neither their own phone, neither someones elses phone(s). That part of unlock population is only used to get something. They never give anything. So when they don't get what they want, they show their culture and behaviour and spit on everybody.
Need prove? Just read this post of Kenwood above (money, money, money...) He simply forgets how much I helped people on this forum. Sure he must have invented something by himself what was not free on the net and shared it with the rest.
I follow this forum a long time so I have filtered which guys help people (example you Dark Lemming...), guys who constantly ask for help, guys who always ask for soft, guys who sell soft, guys who are trying to cheat, guys who spit on other guys etc... etc... Those are always the same names...
So Dark Lemming, don't worry about that partial. I respect your work but it looks like that some guys which use your shell don't respect even you. You are the biggest for them and everybody tells you you're the best. But try this: let the next version of your shell be protected and for sale for let's say 15 US$. Imagine what these same guys, which use your latest shell and spit on me, what they will tell you. That's sad but that's life. Some of us have bigger brains, some of us have no brains and these last ones will spit on you tomorrow.
So don't worry about such posts and keep up the good work...

with this words i agree with you Spalato, many peoples - like Kenwood - canīt made any for Gsm and only still ask: Give me this please free and after this - only click and say: Give me any for repair :) Free, of course :)
To Kenwood: Try made any sw too and after your work give this free, you are great programmer i think :)

I can see exactly where TheEckoMan is comming from because I paid my $99 for my membership to maroonlock and almost straight away it comes out to everyone I only have partials for a few days before everyone else has them, but Dark Lemming I really think you should sell your shell like Spalato said and not give it away for free, but it's your choice and I respect that. I think it is good that people do things for free because it makes he world a better place and it does affect you Spalato if people give your partials away for free as sonn as you put them on there because if people can find them that easyily then nobody will buy membership from you.
When was v5.28 released? what's been updated since 5.27?

I don't say that I'm the only one that releases partial flashes but it's possible that some member gives it to a friend of him and that friend gives it to his friend and that friend to... and in 24 hours the whole world has that partial. So it goes...

O.K, I will try to be faster this time so today I released the 8850 v5.28 partial and in the next days the 3310 v4.45 partial. We'll see how long it takes to get to everyone. Hope members keep it for their business. I'm aware of that that half of the members give the partial to someone but I can't do anything about that if they don't want to make some money from the fact that they are the first to get them. For me this membership fee is not about money. From unlocking I earn more than enough so it's just for other people who have unlock businesses to give them a chance to be a step ahead of their competition...
