What temperature of hot air must be when rework alcatel BGA's ? PCB is thin and temperature which is suitable for ex. for Nokia is too high for thin Alcatel PCB .
So with what temperature you are working ?

You can use max. 300 C but no more of 10 seconds. You may start from 200 C and test it.
