I have a Sagem my401x phone I bought legally, about a year ago. I put the PHONE pin on it and silly me, can't remember it.
I have tried inputting 3 incorrect SIM numbers, with my everyday Virgin sim, (as Virgin use T-Mobile airways), in the hope that the PUK would reset all codes. Nope.
Have searched for 'master code rest' and 'security code' and 'secret code' on the net, without any success.
The phone itself is on T-Mobile, rang them, but they just referred me to a company in Middle*** who wanted lots of pennies.
Only other option I can find is to pay a man at the top of the street, a tenner, and he can 'try' to unlock the whole lot (including network unlock), using EEPROM, if I leave the phone with him for a couple of hours, which I am reluctant to do, as the last time he was trying to unlock a phone for me, he took it to his cousin in Manchester and lost my SIM !!!!
I am in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
