problem in download

hi to all,
I've this problem:when I start dowload in support area all is ok,bat after a lot of time (1 hour) the program MAINTAINANCE auto power off and stop the download...:(
in 4 day no 1 file dowload whit succes
anyone have a suggestion about this problem?

The problem is my internet line 56k analogic.
today i solve problem use a digital adsl line(2 mega) and download many file in support area
