cu400 after open unlock menu (not available!!!!!!!!!!)

i have LG cu400 and after enter this code (159753#*#) in the first time it open unlock menu and show (remaining 10)..........after that i try to close menu to get imei ......but i cant close it .............then i turn off my mobile and open it again and enter (159753#*#) >>>>> unlock network >>>>>> phone show (not available)





many trying without any advantage




any solution to return it to show enter NCK AGAIN ??????????????
