imsi problem

hi..

could anybody tell me how many byte is the IMSI ?
I'mgetting 15 digits only..( using sim editor )..

IMSI must have 18 ditgits.


you can create IMSI from 15 digits by follow this instruction.
1. add 809 to front of 15 digits IMSI (support your IMSI is 123456789ABCDEF)
==> 809123456789ABCDEF
2. separate this number as 2 digits.
==> 80 91 23 45 67 89 AB CD EF

3. swap digit for each group.
==> 08 19 32 54 76 98 BA DC FE


this is you IMSI for write simcard....
