When Infinity Language editor RELEASE FOR PUBLIC...just waste time wait and wait, until program working perfecly ,many user in my city .and how much we have to pay..need activation for beta tester not my obsession again...:mad::mad::mad:
coz depend many posting for this forum..you dont know almost everyday I repair chinese phone,,but I'm sufficent time result the for the post,,:eek::eek:

yes request for infinity team support, when for release language editor for china miracle phone likes other box, I'm faithfull like Mr.nanag penthil for waiting.....mean is haid must be laurier, dirgo cucuke di laurier :D

1. When you have bought Infinity-Box ?
2. How many years you have FREE updates from Infinity-Box ?
3. Do you have bad or good support from our product supporters ?
4. How many FREE updates per week you have for Infinity-Box ?
5. How many new flash files you see uploaded in Infinity-Box support area per week ?
6. Am I ever promised to you (and anybody else) that we will make "Languge Pack Editor" software as an addon (free or payed) for Infinity-Box ? This software is our good will, nothing else.
7. Why you angry that we have prepared new software and want to test it well before release ?

As I can see people very often discuss in this forum about lazy teams, lazy supporters, stupid supporters, greedy supporters, not honest supporters etc..
But how about users ? :)
According to messages from gsmhosting forum we everytime see that supporters are bad and users always honest, smart and ready to work for free because they are good and not greedy people.
Could you, please, explain me this situation ?

Some words about answer to question "when it will be released":
I want to say, that last days I made about 50 (fifty) activations for people who request to be "Language Pack Editor" tester.
I have explained rules for testers here:

Now just compare these rules with tester's reports here:

Do you see the difference ?
Can you calculate how many active testers we have ? I just remind: 50 copies activated and you can easy calculate how many people really test software and helps us in development (yes, 2-3 persons talk with me by ICQ and e-mail also, but it's only 2-3, but not 50).
Could you, please, calculate and compare ? Please, make it, so everybody will see information provided by YOU but not by me. It will be super-extra-honest information about our work and user's help.

And after your easy calculation please, tell me, who is liar, who is greedy, who is stupid and who is smart and why we did not released our software yet.

I just want to repeat for all people who want to ask us to activate their dongles for "Language Pack Editor" software: all "Language Pack Editor" software activations will be disabled (together with Infinity-Box dongles) if users who have got "tester licence" just for fun or for their personal work instead of help our programmers (and help other users to get high-quality software) to make high-quality "Language Pack Editor" software.

1. I'm just ordinary user Infinity box..I bought Infinity-Box around 03/03/07
2. not year but month,,when every update need pay again I'm not buy infinity..if update with special release aware paid again No problem..:D
3. yes...inifinity have good support
4. many box like do that sir..update per week..
5. yes..many file uploade.,coz your responbility..if yo dont d that..many people will angry..:D..and not buy infinity box..
6. yes..u never promise..but why you released? ,maybe the reason other box support change languange?..U aswer your self...
7. I'm not angry...its JUST MY OPINION..just compare with other box..
and dont say"USE OTHER BOX"..its old answer..:D:D:D:

I see that most people never happy, even when they get free gifts day by day.
And think little bit more about my previous words, probably after some time you will understand something.

if you need to use software that Infinity-Box still not released you are free to find solution that you need in any other place, just search and you will find something, maybe better maybe not - you will see the difference only after you will use it and compare.

p.p.s.
sometimes I think that it was my big mistake to select "lifetime free support" for Infinity-Box, probably it will be better to make limited free support time, make strong download limits, disable/block dongles by any reason (such as S/N posted in forum) etc. etc. It's ordinary situation: if somebody want to helps to users and support them there is an other side: people start to think that you are weak and start to become crazy and greedy...
Thank you very much for one more lesson, I'll think about Infinity-Box support situation little bit more.

Maybe BETA release will be more good way for us and infinity team, all infinity user can try, and should be more report's for the bugs than just 50people and just 3 people reported the bugs..
if there 250people use the software should be 9people reported,

i think infinity should release beta version, so people know this is beta software, and they can help search the bugs and also some good improvement for all of us.

please consider my option..

We have very good experience and we know what is beta software for beginners who know nothing and don't want to work but only can write "givemelink" and "notwork whattodo imin trabal".
My opinion: it's better to have 10 experienced and qualified testers (who really need this software, will use it, test it and make additional money even during their tests) than 1000 people who will spam any thread with useles posts.

Hi,

I don't hate you, I have no reason for this. It's really very interesting for me what users think and what I must do (or not to do) to get more respect from users. And in most cases it's possible to get more so called respect via easy way: to be more strong and explain every time to users that they are stupid, that they understand nothing etc. We have selected other way and as a result we have what we have: everybody can say to us that we are not right, that we are weak and add "red face" in message. Let it be as it is, but each this message type gives me one more reason to think how to make some changes in current situation.
