C3 not connected, cable ok.

C3 not connected, can not unlock. I have unlocked others Pantech with this cable. Thanks for help.

Hello,

Be sure that phone is Powered-On and phone LCD is not dark, if LCD become dark you need to press any phone key to make phone returned from sleep mode.
