hello!

this is VERY RARE hardware configuration of S500 CECT.
there is no pinout information in our oinout collection as well as nothing if you search on support forum.

i would advice following:

1. measure voltage on all pins (phone powered On, will not work on restarting phones)
and then reffer to this method:

2. use brutoforce method:
try all possible combination of tx/rx to boot phone
with 2x6 pins this will give 132 combinations

2. wait some of our forum member to help you.
in this case i would advice to update your phone data with position of GND and charging pins.

3. Wait our automaticly finding pinout box to be released
hopefuly we will annonce it before chinese new year

dire infinty team for cecet s500 conecteur 1x18 idont finder rx tx i use vprom box from frend i use auto finder pinout end not secsese i find only gndin pin 12 15 16 end 10 is vcc...then perhaps tx end rx are in the phone i will open the phone end i si in it if i fider the just pinout i will post rusilta for all meber kip working
