hello!

if you select correct com port- then looks like cable fault
check cable connection by multimeter according pinout given in shell.exe

Hi,

I m tring to unlock spice s-545 by cable s404....Software asked for "Press and HOLD Power button now !" ....When i hold power button phone switched on n not getting unlock....This cable came with infinity cable set....I have to modify cable ? Plz help me to unlock this phone....Thx in advance....

But when i insert any sim its showing network not support in display....I tried to write flash n eprom....Also tried format ffs but still same....Any idea how to unlock....?

Hello,

Try to use another "unlock method", f/e/ "read codes" or "smart safe".
if still no luck: read flash from your phone and send to InfinityHelp@yahoo.com.hk
we will check what is the problm and make update ASAP.

Please, run Infinity-Box Shell, select reuired model and you will see cable/pinout information.

Hello Infinity Support ,

Here is i have download the new version of shell.
But in this window ( as u told select the required model and see the cable ) no information about cable. Here is the screen shot.

Please, downlad from support area and install latest "Pinouts" module and you will have all latest pinouts installed on your PC.

download flash file of support side flash the mobile & unlock use standard method your phone is unlock.

Hi,

u have to adjust cable to boot.if doesn't work u need to solder wires on board to unlock.around 70% of this model boot wait s404 cable but left 30% need solder wires

yes,deepakgarg is right. and sometimes after flashing software and before sp unlocking with standard method, i switch on and off the phone, and usually this works for me.
