hi infinity team how to unlock C168i from AT&T ? and I need to convert band selection from 850MHZ/1900mhz to 900MHZ/1800mhz
phone imei no is 01130900248104417 & s/w ver is TTMA000207312 plssssssss help .when i try unlock set is powered on

currently they are not unlockable, work is in progress

thank you for information,but if i may suggest this kind of information could be in support-like c168i at&t not supported yet,or so and so version not supported yet so that we will not start thinking box is bad.This is the first phone am trying to unlock with your box and it didnt unlock,i complained to the reseller that box is not reading phone,not knowing this version is not supported.will check with other models and post results.

i cant be 100% sure that it is new version without seeing a phone. Might be you doing smthng wrong.
if it is your first phone- maybe cable must be modifyed to fit in phone better.
maybe com port was set to wrong number or smthng else
