7 = RX
9 = TX

or

9 = GND
15 = RX
16 = TX

or

8 = GND
6 = RX
5 = TX

if not work just invert rx/tx to tx/rx

hello just_learn!

start by checking with multimeter for GND pin.
if it will match to any gnd pin of given pinout- then it worth to assemble cable and try
if gnd pin located in other place- no point to assemble- it will not work
if you will fail with given pinouts- post result here as well as your phone GND pin location
