- Noway. Units remainder on each card is logged out to central database daily. When the remainder in database increases, security system monitors the fraud :D

- There may be 2 cases:
1. Your "smart" card utilises CERTAIN serial number and increases units remainder after each call. Then, using this card each time in a certain city area you risk being captured sometime for the fraud, because phone-boxes send daily reports to central base and it compares the unit remainders for the certain card numbers.
2. Somebody, who made the card, knew a lot about legal serial phone-card numbers range for your city (I guess, this is a very specific and confidential information). Thus, your "smart" card may use DIFFERENT serial numbers (but pertaining to a legal range) each time you make a call. Then, you can fool security system with a kind of "stealth" card, each time changing its serial number. But, mind, to make a "stealth" simulator you need to know the legal range for card serial numbers in your city.
