I have a phone with similar problem. It asks PHONE CODE. Code 8322...... doesnt correct. What soft sould I use to know this code?

I have unlocked lot of telephone codes with this codes... and i didn't see a soft which unlock this...

i have tried alcatel master codes but they dont work...does anyone have a solution
