Are u sure u unlocked BB5 TELCEL MEXICO?
becouse those phones can't accept any code - not by keypad & not by fbus.

Yes, we are sure it is from TELCEL MEXICO.
Check the SP_P readout...
It does accept codes... Both by keypads and
by fbus. You just need to know how to input
it properly.
