Did update on support site for one more year nearly two week ago and i still cant unlock newer phone as my account has not been updated. where is STEVE?
Same problem here, payed DEC 22 and still I cant use SET FUT..... PLEASE PUT ATTENTION TO THIS....
If users without pay update are right in here post, imagine us that we payed and also cant update or use soft on other computer.

mine too and i sent him an email on the 20th also contacted him on msn but nothing. this is no good.
