my new box had actived ok from site: http://www.furious-gold.com/support/
and i received mail USER & pass from support@furious-gold.com.

when i use tool MAINTAINANCE v1.0.0.515 update firmware and get licence OK
but i can't login to SUPPORT by this tool with error :
Box is not registered OR Wrong details used ! Please contact your resseller .

send me by email serial number you see in software. Not the one your received by email please.

Go to support,download latest maintainance tool 1.0.0.515 from beta.
