BFx Problems

Hi

I wanted to find out whether the faults found on Alcatel BFx series lie in the software or the hardware ?

problems like :

1. power on sometimes.
2. REBOOTS when pressing any button on the keypad while making a call.

3. DEAD. is the some sort of way to diagnose software or hardware
4. rebooting
5. powers on for about 2 sec and switches off, then sometimes stays on ?

has any1 resolved any of these issues ?

I think some warm air with hot air gun will make them feel better
we are in summer and those alcatels are still suffering winter ilnesses
