Problem T-Mobile Dash Restart [Archive]

@All

i've Unlocked one T-Mobile Dash with Codes , this fone works fine for a week now after 1 week this fone is restarting with and without sim card after showing T-Mobile Logo, can anyone help me how to reset this fone hard or soft reset.

phone off, remove batery and put back.
When the Tmobile Dash is powered off... press and hold the 2 softkeys (the 2 buttons above the home button and back button) and then power button for 2 seconds (count 21 22) .... and then release the power button. u see black screen with white small writting. After that just press the Call (green) Button to perform a full format.... This is known to help with phones freezed at startup logo. Make sure the battery is fully charged. Or else you will fail to complete the full format.
