Problems writing Map file to Me45

I have problems only writing map files to a Me45. I´m use Siemens Map Writer v3.00, Siemens Logger v4.02 by Phone Service Shop and Siemens Logger v4.02 by GsmHacking and diferent map files. When program show "writing IMEI..." , programs stop and no show progress bar. Who can help me please?

read new log, create new map and try again.
