is there a way to make simemu on a selver card works with Siemens 45 phone?
No, for the moment only the GreenCard works fine with this model.

4.01 and 4.10 works quite fine with S45.
Not with all networks (for example not with polish Idea network as it cause with "Card error"), but generally does.
