Ztc t58 not connecting with software

Hi

I have one ztc t58 its working fine without sim....With sim its hanging....I m tring to format ffs with infinity but its not connecting....

I tried with all points

RX_A + TX_A + GND

RX_B + TX_B + GND

RX_A + TX_B + GND

RX_B + TX_A + GND

But still its not connecting....Plz tell me exact where i have to connect rx tx n gnd wires....?

I tried with all speeds....Also tried with com1 slowest speed n mode 2....But still same....:(

test point TxA goes to pin 3 of box
test point RxA goes to pin 2 of box
GND goes to pin 7 or 8 of box.

if you connect like this- you must get connection.

Yes u r right.....In Other china phone also i got same problem....But after holding power button for 30-40 secound phone turned on....Thx for this idea....

Yes, you can send files that was created automatically, it's no need to read flash especailly to create "backup_system_log..." file.
