Hi,
I activated my dongle for lang edition but I can not enter the support area.
When I try to enter, the demo page appears I try to update again but I can not be succesful there is another error report
so, I typed the errors below, please send your comments to solve this problem .

Hello,

How about to read text in log window ?
What is the reason to post here dongle serial No ?

What to do now: upgrade your dongle again now, everything should be Ok.

Next time when you will post here your dongle details (instead of read text and send e-mail to support) your dongle will be blocked forever.
