N95 V 06wk41v23.4 17-04-07 RM-159 is already supported and
tested by the Support Team, Beta Tester Team and End Users. It is
guaranteed to unlock the phone.
It is not possible to KILL phone (hardware damage) using Advance Boxes.
The guy who designed the PCB is an expert and we made it quite impossible to
kill phone when Advance Box is used.
The possible reason why your phone is dead is because the TP Pads on the PCB
might be touching each other or touching the GND. This can be caused by the
scratches made by the sharp pointed TP Pins when they are not connected
properly or when they are used over and over again for a long period of time.
The solution to revive your phone is to get a soldering iron and set it to medium
heat then put a 0.3 or 0.5 bga ball on each of the TP Pads and then allow the
TP Pads to "rebuild" itself with a new layer of Lead. If after doing so and the
phone is still not detected by flasher software, then you need to work on the
phone further by possibly reworking the Flash Chip and reheating the Rapido.
I am not a hardware expert,, but this is what I would do if I was in the same
situation.
Are you using AdvanceBB5 (Stand Alone) or AdvanceUFS ???
Both boxes are non-phone killers.

Open your bb5.ini
look for N95 trigger then change: V 06wk41v23.4 17-04-07 RM-159 (c) Nokia.=0805031D0E04FEF9F594F631
into: V 06wk41v23.4 17-04-07 RM-159 (c) Nokia=0805031D0E04FEF9F594F631
In short, just remove the "." at the end of Nokia and save the file...

I did the same thing..i try to touch the wrong TP then i ended with a dead PHONE. I just rebuild the FLASH CHIP, the phone working again. ADVANCE box NEVER kill phone for me :), only the end user kill the phone because of the improper handling and a wrong Test Point.

AdvanceBB5 has 2 voltage regulators:
AMS1117-1.8 for 1.8v CLK and ADX
KF33 for 3.3v UART
AdvanceUFS has 3 voltage regulators:
AMS1117-1.8 for 1.8v CLK and ADX
AMS1117-3.3 for 3.3v UART
AMS1117-5.0 for ACP-x OPTIONAL External Power
datasheet for AMS1117 LDO Voltage Regulators: http://www.advanced-monolithic.com/pdf/ds1117.pdf
datasheet for KF33: http://www.ortodoxism.ro/datasheets2/3/06gt0ewx6ut7wol9dakr7erkz8fy.pdf
CLK TP is only and INPUT port
ADX TP is both INPUT and has an OUTPUT driven by 3 1.8v Ports which
is only used during "PULSING" or in DK Theory described as "on-the-fly-patching"...
It is not possible to damage the Phone Hardware during the unlocking process.
However, if your IMEI is "123456...." you should be very careful in choosing
the PM file when you attempt to restore the PM 308 using our software. The
reason behind this is that all phones with IMEI "123456..." will have a very
similar filename for the PM 308/FULL PM backup since all PM files are saved
using the IMEI of the phone. The only difference is the Firmware Version,
So for example, you tried to unlock a 6300 RM-146 phone with IMEI "123456
..." with firmware version 4.49, the PM 308 will be backed up as:
V 04.49 03-01-07 RM-146 (c) Nokia._12345610654321_.pm
However, if after a few days you try to unlock a different 6300 and the
IMEI is still damaged "123456..." with the same firmware version 4.49, the
software will no longer make a PM 308 backup since it will detect that a
backup was already made for this phone. If you try to restore PM 308 using
the wrong backup made days before from a different phone, your phone
will suffer "White Screen" or "Contact Retailer". In this case, you will need
to request an RPL to fix the problem or restore a good PM 308 which you have
back-uped using a different software.
In order to avoid this kind of problem in the future, you should manually
rename all PM backups that has IMEI "123456..." to the REAL IMEI
which is written in the Phone's casing behind the battery. You should only
rename these PM files after the unlocking process, so that in the future when
you recieve another phone with IMEI "123456..." and same firmware version,
you will not encounter any problems.
This is only applicable to AdvanceBox Software versions 1.19 and below. In
the next version, we will make an option for you to manually input the IMEI
of the phone prior to saving the PM file.
In short, be very very careful when you try to unlock phones with IMEI
"123456..."...
Going back to the Topic at hand, it is not possible to "KILL" phone by
hardware damage using our boxes.

@billal930
AdvanceBB5 and AdvanceUFS have the same
features and uses the same software.
The only difference is the physical connection used.
AdvanceBB5 uses a standard USB connection while
AdvanceUFS needs to be connected to a UFS box.
