Hi.
In my home city there are only one operator support both 900,1800. But how I know which system is now my phone using or which network is good? 900 or 1800 ?Sometime operator name sometime 342.88.Thanks your attention.

I'm not sure I'll reply for ur posting or not.

Can u open the network monitor menu? It'll show network and signal strength.

i think in gsm 900 there r channels fro 1 to 124
if gsm 1800 i think channel number will be higher

gsm1800 i think its over channel 500 i meen have seen it in netmonitor....

THERE ARE HAVE MANY FIELDS> WHICH FIELD IS CHANNEL NUMBER? before I had netmonitor documents but I thought no use so I deleted them all.

channels 1-124 for GSM 900 and 512-885 for GSM 1800 and channel information is in TEST 001.

CH RxL TxPwr
TS TA RQ RLT
C1 C2
CHT

CH (channel): number of the channel used in communication with cell (decimal).

Hi.
It seems netmonitor is very usefull diagnosing network problemms> So I need more netmonitor documantation. Which is network rx,tx levels are? Is there anyone have expierence fixing problemm with it?
